Andy Swan, Director

Andy Swan was born and raised in Framingham, MA. After graduating with a BA in Film and Video from The Pennsylvania State University, he traveled west to California and began working on movie and television sets as a production assistant and later as an assistant propmaster.

During that time he continually honed his craft, writing 4 feature length scripts, 2 sitcom pilots, a couple television specs and various short films. He also directed 2 television pilots, 6 short films, a "mockumentary" series, and various spec commercials. Andy's short film "Alternative" won "Best Drama" and "Best New Director" at the 2008 Action on Film Festival as well as The Shoestring Trophy at the Rochester International Film Festival.  His short film "Chambers Street" is currently making the festival rounds.  His feature screenplay, "Fixing Jordan", won "Best Comedy" at the 2009 Action on Film Festival.
